We have one weekly service at 10:30 a.m. which we call our "Traditional Service of Worship". The Traditional Service of Worship is a one-hour service featuring great preaching, a children's story and traditional hymns with special musical pieces offered by our chancel choir or women's gospel choir.
Our monthly church calendar is full of opportunities for Christian Outreach, Christian Education, worship, book and Bible study and children's ministry. We offer a variety of small group ministries such as Women's Wisdom Circle, Men's Connection, Bag Lunch Bible Study, Book Discussion Group, Fellowship Group, Prayer Shawl Knitters, and Prayer Group. We have three: a Chancel Choir, a Quartet and a Women's Gospel Choir that rehearse weekly. For each of the past 65 Decembers we have held our famous Christmas Fair. We extend a heartfelt invitation to you to join the Central Congregational Church community.

Our Mission Statement
"We are a community of people who have responded to the Light and Truth of God made manifest in Holy Scripture and in the life of Jesus Christ.
God calls us:
· to reach out in love to all people everywhere
· to do justice
· to be beacons of hope
· to love mercy
· to live lives of worship
· to serve our community
Our response is:
· to be bound together in covenant and caring
· to seek and preserve a sense of outreach to our communities and beyond
· to be open to new ideas and leadings of the Spirit
· to value dialogue and work toward peaceful conflict resolution
· to affirm and embrace diversity
We pledge our lives and our spirits to these ends as a community of faith, asking God's blessings, and following the teaching of the life of Jesus Christ."
